About me
Originally from the UK and raised in the South of France, I have spent over 12 years working as a professional chef in luxury hospitality, including extensive experience aboard superyachts and within private households.
My cooking is inspired by my European background, years of international travel and a love of fresh, seasonal ingredients. My style ranges from Mediterranean and modern European cuisine to Asian-inspired dishes, with every menu tailored around the individual tastes and dietary requirements of my clients.
After years of cooking for families and guests around the world, I am now based in Los Angeles, creating bespoke dining experiences ranging from intimate dinners and celebrations to relaxed family-style gatherings and special events.
