I’m Michael Sanchez, an Escoffier-trained private chef based in the Souther California 10 years experience, bringing classical fine-dining technique to intimate, high-touch dining experiences.
I build every menu around the client in front of me — whether that’s a multi-course tasting menu rooted in French technique, a Japanese-inspired steak frites experience, or a celebration brunch with a personal touch. I draw heavily on ancestral and global culinary traditions (Mexican, Persian, Mediterranean, Japanese) and bring a wellness-conscious lens to ingredients without sacrificing flavor or craft.
