We are a father & son culinary team that brings our art of cooking authentic Neopolitan style pizza to your dinner table.
As a child I would wake up and smell the aroma's coming from the kitchen. My father would be in there preparing german pancakes, eggs benedict with poached eggs, next to fresh cut melon. I grew from being his assistant in the kitchen to working several positions in the kitchen to eventually owning my own restaurant in Denver.
Later I found myself in wine country where I tried to better understand the connection between food and wine. I met my wife and brought her back to my family the Arizona.
Today we combine our culinary forces to bring your Rocket Pizza. A wood-fired culinary experience.....
