I’m a self-taught chef with over 20 years of experience and the proud owner of The Burger Barn Odessa and Southern Hospitality Catering. My passion is creating Southern comfort food with a Tex-Mex twist, combining bold flavors with the kind of homemade cooking that brings people together. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of being featured in Carla Hall’s Favorite Chef Competition, an experience that inspired me to continue sharing my love for food. Whether I’m catering a special event or preparing a private dining experience, my goal is always the same: to create delicious, memorable meals that make people feel at home.
