Led by Chef William Hallquist, with more than 30 years of culinary experience, a deep respect for craft, and a passion for creating meals that feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable. William previously served as Executive Chef at Pig & Fiddle, where he refined his approach to bold flavor, thoughtful hospitality, and elevated comfort food.

For William, food is more than a meal — it is memory, connection, culture, and experience. His love of travel inspires him to explore flavors from around the world, while his curiosity in the kitchen keeps him constantly learning, evolving, and reimagining what familiar food can become.
