Started as a line cook in Downtown Boise Idaho when I was 16 years old. Since then I’ve worked with food for another 20 years, mostly as a cook/chef/kitchen manager, general manager, consultant in Idaho and across the US. I love food, it’a been a passionate affair my entire life and I want to share it with you.
