I am a chef that has been in the industry for 18 years. I attended and graduated Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago. I have spent time in stand alone restaurants as well as casinos and hotels. I have a heavy background in Italian and Southeast Asian flavors. Southeast Asian and Latin and Central American cuisines are some of my favorite flavor profiles to work with. I am more than happy to create a custom menu to fit your needs and requests. I am also able to customize a menu to fit any dietary restrictions or allergies.
