Chef T, the heart and soul behind T’s Catering, is a passionate culinary artist with deep Southern roots and a California twist.
I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts and Vanguard University; I combine my formal training with a love for traditional comfort food that “hugs your soul.” Inspired by my Auntie Shirley’s cooking, I have dedicated my career to creating homemade, flavorful dishes that bring people together.
