I actually wanted to be a microbiologist once upon a time! But when I realized the lab wasn't where I belonged, I looked at what I truly loved: eating great food. I figured, why not learn how to make the food I love to eat? That spark was all it took to change my career path. So instead I graduated fromLecordon Bleu and over the last 15 years, I've worked my way through every corner of the culinary world—from line cook and Sous Chef to Sauce Manufacturer and Catering Manager, leading up to my current role as Executive Chef and Owner of Pibo Catering."
