I am a French-trained chef with more than 36 years of professional culinary experience and over 20 years in culinary education and leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Chef Instructor and Culinary Program Director, developing curricula, mentoring aspiring chefs, leading culinary teams, and creating engaging cooking demonstrations and educational programs.

While French cuisine is my specialty and my passion, my experience extends far beyond it. I have developed and prepared a wide variety of international cuisines, from Mediterranean and Asian to Latin American, American, and contemporary healthy cuisine. I enjoy creating customized menus tailored to my clients' tastes, dietary preferences, and special occasions, whether it's an elegant multi-course dinner, family-style gathering, meal preparation, or a hands-on cooking class.

I believe that great food brings people together. My goal is to create memorable culinary experiences that combine exceptional flavor, beautiful presentation, and genuine hospitality.
