We are a nonprofit organization that is passionate about creating great dining experiences, and training the next generation of chefs.
The SOW Project is a nonprofit organization devoted to creating memorable dining experiences while training the next generation of chefs at no cost to the students. We are passionate about providing opportunities to those who would not typically be able to get the mentorship required to become a great chef. Our team of chefs have a combined 70 years of culinary experience from all of the United States, including working in Michelin starred restaurants.
