I have been cooking from the age of 10, in the kitchen is where I am the happiest, adding flair to my dishes,
My name is Sophia Mosley. I live in Foley Alabama; I am currently employed at the country Club of Mobile from 2020 to present. where I worked as a sous chef, while starting my catering and meal prep business.
my past experience includes working at the superclubs resort back home in Jamaica from 199-2002, the Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs, from2002-2007, the Grand hotel in Point Clear Alabama as a sous chef from 2009-2019.
