I am a Minnesota-based scratch cook, recipe developer, culinary creator, and former restaurant chef/cook. Through BiteTalkLive I develop, test, and teach restaurant-style dishes, copycat recipes, sauces, proteins, pastas, and comfort-food menus. My background combines hands-on kitchen work at The Patio Seafood Tavern in Vero Beach, Florida for several years, as well as years of business ownership, customer communication, presentation, and hospitality-minded service. For private clients, I focus on clear planning, clean prep, strong flavors, timing, and a warm in-home dining experience.
