After 15 years in New Orleans they have honed their Cajun and Creole skills under renowned Chef Donald Link, as well as through the culinary teachings passed down by Cajun/Creole friends. Chef Sassy’s passion for food is fueled by their love for travel, a deep connection to community, and an enduring fascination with food history. “Every dish has a story.”
