Hello I’m Chef Robert M. Vieira, I was born and raised in Fresno, California. The culinary industry has been my home since I was 15 years old. I’ve been cooking professionally now for over 16 years by working in Michelin style restaurants, as well as being a private chef for customers in Los Angeles, New York, and Wyoming . As part of my training, I have traveled to South America to learn more of Latin cuisine and their culture. I take much pride in my craft and continue to explore and expand my knowledge to present new techniques and inspirational ideas on a plate to serve my clients and guest.
