Chef Refoni earned her Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, graduating with honors and maintaining an A average. Her culinary journey is supported by years of hands-on experience, including owning and operating multiple restaurants and a food truck, as well as catering more than 100 events.
