I am a passionate and dedicated Chef with over 6 years of experience in the culinary industry. I currently serve as Head Chef at La Strega Bistro, where I focus on maintaining high culinary standards, developing dishes, leading kitchen operations, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Before this role, I worked as a Sous Chef at F&D Wood Fire Italian Kitchen, where I gained valuable experience in team leadership, Italian cuisine, high-volume service, and maintaining consistency in a fast-paced environment.

My culinary journey has allowed me to develop strong skills in menu creation, food preparation, kitchen organization, inventory management, food safety, and employee training. I believe that great food comes from passion, discipline, teamwork, and respect for quality ingredients.
