Get to know me better

Two chefs inside of one body. Not only do I cook but I bake as well, this is fitting as I'm a Pisces. I love to create unique cuisines.

I have worked in the hospitality industry professionally for the past 16 years. My husband Casey and I started our catering company Chaotic Cuisine, LLC 10 years ago this coming June. I have been running a small restaurant with my husband inside of a non-profit organization for the past 4 years. Swift Creek Mill it's a performing arts center with the theatre upstairs and the restaurant downstairs. My husband Casey and I create menus based on the theme and the time periods of the show productions. I'm a Chef D. Cuisine and Pastry Chef. Swift Creek Mill has recently closed as May 2026.

I learned to cook watching my mother from a child she was a nurse by profession and a chef/caterer on the side. I went to college for hospitality MGNT

A cooking secret...

Marrying flavor profiles together. (Everyone meets & greets). I love to mix flavor profiles that complement the protein and/or the veggies.
