I consider myself lucky, being able to intertwine my love of crafting amazing food with a story.
Whether it is foraging for wild mushrooms or a perfectly ripe tomato from the garden. For me It’s all about quality of the ingredients. As well as being able to work with my hands on a daily basis means I get a lot of practice to perfecting my craft as a chef. The South Carolina Lowcountry has a lot of food inspiration to offer through the entire year. From the sea to farm I have great confidence that we can create a memorable meal together. I’ve had the pleasure being in the Charleston area for about ten years. Prior to that I have lived and cooked in some beautiful places like Telluride, CO, Highlands, NC, Amelia Island, FL and Nantucket, MA.
