I’m Chef Nathan Gough, a private chef with over 20 years of culinary experience rooted in craftsmanship, hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences. My cooking is inspired by the Pacific Northwest, seasonal ingredients, and the traditions of live-fire and from-scratch cuisine.

After years in restaurant operations and owning my own BBQ restaurant, I now bring that same passion and attention to detail into private homes, vacation rentals, and special gatherings. Every menu is thoughtfully designed around the guests, the occasion, and the best ingredients available.

My goal is simple: create more than a meal — create an experience where people can relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional food made with purpose.

I learned watching PBS in the late 80s. I started cooking at 12 for my family of 11, recreating dishes on tv. I started cooking in a local deli at 14.
