I'm 49 years old originally from Cleveland Ohio. Residing in Sacramento California now of the past 5 years. Married with a foster child and a cat named Fall. I have 25 year years of experience in the food industry. Living all-around the states from Cleveland to Florida to Arizona to Atlanta to Eureka California. I specialize in Soul Fusion but I cook international cuisine. I've worked at restaurants like Morton's Steakhouse , Ruth Chris , Kimpton Sawyer, Bone Fish Grill Delpaso County Club just to name a few. Cooking is my passion and love.
