I attended Austin Peay State University, achieving a Culinary Arts Degree. I also possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, which I achieved from Lane College. With over 20+ years of professional culinary experience and more than a decade of serving clients traveling from various parts of U.S. and as far as the Caribbean. This has allowed me to enhance my skills and knowledge in order to utilize different cultures cuisines and delivery an unforgettable experience.
