My name is Mackenzie Milone, though most clients know me as Chef Mack. I have been cooking professionally for nearly twelve years, with formal training from the Culinary Institute of America and a background rooted in fine dining and hospitality management.
I bring extensive experience in food and beverage. Accommodating a wide range of dietary needs, restrictions, and allergies is never any trouble for me. I take pride in creating food that brings people together and fosters genuine connection.
