I switched careers into food because it is where my passion and happiness lies. I hope to show that through food and have it connect people together.
I am a biomedical engineer turned culinary school graduate specializing in plant-based and vegetarian global cuisine. I have worked in New York City restaurants and love the thrill of a kitchen. My background dips heavily into Indian cuisine but I love to create recipes from Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, Indonesian, and other regional cultures.
