Get to know me better
My passion for cooking came from a young age, as eating a cookie bring back the joyful memory of growing up and have the fresh baked cookie.
Ive been cooking for 23 years, with 13 of them in management. Menu development has always been a joy for me, as well as developing recipes. Im most passionate about wood fire cooking, making pastas from scratch, and south east asian flavor profiles. My favorite current dish is a steak over woodfire, with jeow som, pickled tomatoes, marinated cucumbers, salted potatoes.
