I have been in the hospitality industry for 15+yrs. From hosting my own catering events to small start up restaurants and pop up events and bartending over the years. Raised in California, studied in New York and abroad and graduated from culinary school in Colorado.
I am personally a huge traveler and love to go to different countries and study the cuisines and bring back my own takes on it.
