With over 30 years of culinary experience, my passion for food began in childhood and has grown into a career dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Originally from England, my cooking has been shaped by living in South Africa and Germany, traveling throughout Europe, and working alongside military communities. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions, and the power of food to bring people together.
My background in Performing Arts influences every experience I create, blending creativity, storytelling, and thoughtful presentation into each bespoke menu. As a private chef, I believe dining should be more than a meal—it should be an intentional moment of connection, celebration, and lasting memories.
