Hi, I am Karlena! I am the owner and Executive Chef of Midnight Olive Catering. I have been trained in the kitchen through hands-on mastery and traditional family recipes. I specialize in taking classic Italian-American recipes and elevating them with a modern edge. My focus is on "architected experiences"—moving beyond traditional catering to deliver interactive culinary performances, from live-tossed pasta stations, delicious Hors d’oeuvres, to strolling dessert bars.
