Food has always been more than a profession to me, it's how I connect with people. Every table has a story, whether it's an anniversary, a family vacation, a birthday, or simply a night where everyone slows down and enjoys each other's company.
As a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 15 years of professional culinary experience, I've had the privilege of leading kitchens, creating refined dining experiences, and serving thousands of guests. My career includes Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef positions, but my greatest passion is bringing restaurant-quality cuisine into the comfort of my clients' homes.
My cooking blends French technique with Southern hospitality, coastal ingredients, and the bold influences of my African American and Puerto Rican heritage. Every menu is thoughtfully designed around the season, your preferences, and the experience you want to create.
