I have owned and managed restaurants across the US, and have cooked for Rock stars, Presidents, and people with health needs & health goals. I use food as medicine to create meal plans for everyone and then prepare those meals so that everyone enjoys healthy & delicious foods!
I grew up in Central Pa and am an avid collage football fan. Have owned or managed restaurants in LA, Denver, Atlanta, Mystic, and Cleveland. I now reside by the shores of Lake Erie in Avon Lake, Oh.
I have cooked for Rock stars, Foreigner and Loverboy to name 2, Presidents, Bill Clinton to name 1, and many people searching for delicious & nutritious meals.
