In 2005 I left my career as an attorney to attend culinary school in Manhattan. I would later open my own restaurant in the Bay Area, serve as an executive chef, teach at culinary schools, sell wine, launch food businesses, and advise as an hospitality consultant.
My passion lies in helping a client fine tune their menu, and then sit back and focus on their company and guests while I take care of everything else so that you can focus on your vacation.
I delight in creating inspired and resonant culinary experiences that align the client's vision and palate.
Fun facts: I'm a father of twins (I wrote a comic book about parenting), live in Sonoma, have an Alaskan Malamute, and I just missed being selected for the first season of Hell's Kitchen :)
