Precessional chef with over 12 years experience. Have cook in fine dining at Vegas, was an executive chef in Portland.

I studied at le cordon Bleu, after I graduated I worked in retirement homes and hospitals.

After doing that for 5 years I moved to running for trucks for a couple years. Soon I was offered a job in Vegas at Bazaar meats by Jose Andres, I worked there under the tutelage of chef Alex Pitts . After 4 years in Vegas I decide it was time to move, so I move to Portland and was a executive chef at a gastro pub in mt. hood.

March 2023 we moved to Pittsburgh and I'm working at cinderland warehouse, and working on tours with artist .
