I’m Jaime - a private chef with a passion for creating meals that bring people together and refining their expectations of what good food can be.
My name is Jaime—I’m a private chef here in Fort Worth, I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, starting from beginning as a dishwasher in a hotel restaurant in high school and cooking in a small café before moving on to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Since completing training at Le Cordon Bleu, my chef experiences have been wide and varied, from Michelin-star rated restaurants, to small cafes, and finally owning my own restaurant. I specialize in weekly in-home meal prep for busy professionals and families who want high-quality, healthy meals without the time commitment.
