I’m Hev Michel. I create intimate private dining experiences for celebrations, vacation stays and meaningful gatherings throughout Florida’s Space Coast.
My approach extends beyond preparing a beautiful meal. I consider how the menu, handmade bread, presentation, tablescape and flow of service work together so that every guest feels welcomed and the host is free to remain present.
My cooking is warm, generous and deeply personalized. I enjoy learning what people love, honoring dietary needs and creating menus that feel both special and familiar. Whether I’m preparing an anniversary dinner for two, a birthday celebration or a relaxed meal for family and friends, my goal is to make people feel genuinely cared for.
