Private Chef Giorgia Polizzi

I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy. I began my career at La Pista del Lingotto in Turin, before moving on to La Rei at Boscareto Resort and, later, to Antica Corona Reale — both located in the Langhe region of Piedmont.

I have a deep passion for Italian cuisine, especially lesser-known local dishes that are part of our culinary tradition.
