I am a private chef currently in culinary school, and working privately for a property owner as her chef and personal assistant. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for 7 years and have been in positions ranging from Hostess, Waitress, and Line Cook. I currently (as of August 2026) have been a private chef only a few months. However this is what I aspire to do with my career and intend to stay in this role as long as I can. After I graduate I may be looking to relocate.

I learned a lot of my southern cooking from my mother, and I am being classically trained at the Culinary Institute of the South through TCL.
