Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, I’ve built my career in both the front and back of house at high-end restaurants as well as fast-casual concepts. Along the way, I launched three food trucks and an events company, blending creativity with a deep understanding of what makes food memorable and meaningful.

Today, I bring that experience into private homes, where I focus on making everyday cooking both easy and exciting. I specialize in creating meals that feel both classic and personal, tailoring menus to each client’s tastes and preferences while staying rooted in local and seasonal ingredients. Whether I’m preparing weeknight dinners for families or hosting dinner parties of up to 15 guests, my goal is always the same: to make dining at home feel special, effortless, and completely your own.
