Passionate about cooking, creative and constantly looking for new tastes and flavors.
I have been an Italian chef for 20 years. I started taking my first steps in the kitchen at home with my mother and grandmother. I graduated from the prestigious school of services for food, wine and hospitality in Rome. I have always worked for restaurants where the tradition of Italian cuisine was the protagonist. I am passionate about traditional Italian cuisine, even if I like to experiment with new tastes and flavors, without distorting the origin of the recipes too much.
I moved here to the United States a year ago to start this new adventure, I'd like to introduce Italian cuisine in its true essence.
