I am a professional chef, 23 years old. who has worked all over Europe including being a chef de partie at a 2 Michelin star in Barcelona Spain for 1.5 years, also worked in a bistro, and a fine dining restaurant in Switzerland. I have been in the industry for 8 years, and was born and raised in Humboldt. I appreciate using local and seasonal ingredients to create and exceptional experiences
