I’m a Sushi Chef/ Asian Chef for over 16 years, and Sous chef for 2 years. Catering
Company, and Kitchen Chef for over 7 years.
I’m pretty skillful with knife, and cutting fishes meat, and vegetables.
Japanese Foods for many years, and experienced at large scale of catering company.
Also a lot of experienced with Many dishes, team work like working together with other co-workers, making beautiful Asian / American dishes.
Also many knowledgeable with Korean food.
I cooked with beef, chicken, pork, veggies, and soups.
All kinds of ingredients combine together makes perfect taste for long time.
Pretty much make everything.

Because I like to make different kind of sauce, and more fusion taste.
