I have been a passionate cook for nearly 10 years.
I studied cooking in one of the best schools in France, with a former Michelin-starred chef, and then, I gained my experience in 3-star Michelin restaurants in France and with Meilleur Ouvrier de France chefs. In New York I worked at eleven Madison park, before taking a position of sous chef the chef’s table at Brooklyn fare
