With over 20 years of experience in fine dining, wine and cocktail pairing experience, and a background in several regional flavors.
I have journeyman cooked through some of the best farm-to-table restaurants in Portland to some of the most authentic in New Orleans hotshots. I bring a joy for unique flavors and steadfast combinations. I focus primarily on Tapas and family style dinners.
I am also an award winning cocktail bartender and brewer, with extensive knowledge in beverage pairing.
