I have been working in fine dining and luxury hotels for the last 17 years. I started at 19 and developed my skills in the kitchen. After years of growth in the industry I have decided to take charge of my own expertise and provide them to you. I spent 7 years working for Four Seasons Hotels. I was lucky enough to be able to travel around the U.S. cooking, Jackson Hole, Minneapolis, Denver, and Santa Fe to name a few.
