I am a self taught chef who loves to craft creative and locally sourced meals. I am inspired by Mexican, Mediterranean, and South East Asian Flavors.
I have 10+ years of experience in the cooking world. I love working for myself and getting to support groups of people celebrating or just gathering for the sake of gathering. I am a private chef, event chef, and also work at a local beloved vegetarian almost Chez Panisse style restaurant. I am just as much an event planner as I am a cook : )
I learned to love food growing up between Chicago and Coastal Maine. Traveling is my deepest inspiration. Anthony Bourdain and Alice Waters and so many more chefs inspire me.
Menu design is a creative strength for me and I love people. Relationships are everything in the food world!
