Well thought, ocd about my food and what is spoken. Cooking has been a humbling experience because there is always something new to learn.
I have been working in food service for altogether 20+ years, have cooked with a team for 20,000 people a week breakfast, lunch and dinner. Worked on mega yachts, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants. Looking to meet some new clients seeking an experienced chef with drive, whom is humble. The prospect of working with new clients is genuinely exciting and look forward to new challenges.
