My passion, as someone who loves gastronomy, is exploring the hundreds of delicious and visually appealing culinary possibilities.
I am a Brazilian American visual artist and trained my brain to see art everywhere. Culinary art fascinates me because it satisfies all my senses. I became captivated by flavors, aromas, shapes, and colors. I love to experiment, innovate and created my own line of dessert which is beautiful and delicious dehydrated edible flowers made from fresh fruit.
