I've spent over twenty years in New York City hospitality, moving between the kitchen and the dining room at some of the city's most respected restaurants — including Daniel, Bar Boulud, and Le Comptoir on the culinary side, and management roles at il Buco and Norwood private members' club on the floor, along with many more. That dual background shapes how I work as a private chef: real technical grounding in the kitchen, paired with an instinct for service, pacing, and making a room feel taken care of, not just fed. I've built long-term relationships with private households over the years — some lasting several years — designing weekly menus, adapting to evolving tastes and dietary needs, and running full sit-down dinner parties solo, start to finish, from first course to last dish washed.
