I do focus more in Caribbean because I am from Puerto Rico and would love to share part of my culture with you. I became a seasonal chef for a while, working in Hawaii, Orlando, FL, Aspen CO and in the past 5 years I was the head chef of a pan-latin restaurant in Cape Cod, MA.
