I have spent more than 10 years in the culinary world, developing a style rooted in bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and food made from scratch. My Mexican heritage has had a strong influence on the way I cook, while my travels and love for Italian cuisine have inspired another side of my culinary style.
As a private chef and owner of Hermosa Catering, I love creating experiences that feel personal rather than ordinary. Whether I am preparing an intimate dinner, celebrating a milestone, or cooking for a gathering of family and friends, I want my guests to feel cared for from the moment I enter their home until the final plate is served.
