I was born in Mariupol, into a Ukrainian family, where the kitchen was always the heart of the home. I trained at Mariupol Culinary College and refined my craft through internships in Naples and Dortmund.

Today, through Holy Borshch, I cook the way my family always did - with love, bringing the true taste of Ukraine to the table of everyone who trusts me with their dinner.
